Fax in Order are also accepted (for those who would like to fax in the their credit card information to complete the order.)

Upon completion of order with payment method checked for "FAX in Order" as the payment method, at the final Order Confirmation page. Make sure you Click on the Confirm Order after you loaded the form to ensure a sucessfuly log of the order to our database.

1. Load the Fax Form
2. DON"T FORGET click on the "Confirm Order" on the Confirmation page
3. Print out the Fax Form
4. Fill out the needed information requested
5. Fax in the order form to 916-419-8889

We do accept mail in forms of payment:
Upon completion of order with payment method checked for Check/Money, you will receive an comfirmation email in form of an order form via your email address to be send in with your payment. Be sure to include your order number with mail in payment. Your order will be reserved up to 2 weeks for payment to arrive. Please have payment and the email Order Mail mailed in as soon as possible to avoid cancellation of your order. Upon cancellation, your reserved title(s) will be released to other customers.

Western Union Money Wire Transfer:

1. Place the order by selecting the payment method of Check/Money Order.
2. On the confirmation page, input in the comments field, stating payment will be made by Western Union Money Wire
3. Once you have submitted the order, you will receive an order confirmation from us along with the order ID number.
4. Send an email to support@animekrazy.com or support@shopanimedvd.com to request for Western Union Payment information. Make sure to include your name, and order ID number in your email
5. Once you have the payment arranged with Western Union, you'll be given a MTCN #(the control number)
6. You'll have to email us that control number along with your address and order ID number.
7. Once the payment had been retrieved to our account, we'll contact you again and update your order status with you for shipment.
